Volunteer Appreciation BBQ and Ride

Another year has gone by and now we would like to show our appreciation to our hard working Club volunteers with a ride and a bbq at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre (1175 Limerick Rd, Oxford Station).

**If the rain is too heavy, we may just hang out at the Interpretive Centre and play cards or corn hole until the bbq is ready.**

Everyone is required to bring a lawn chair as the gathering will take place on the grass area in front of the Limerick Forest Chalet if the weather is nice.

We will start with an ATV ride at around 1:30pm (duration approx. 3-4 hours).

BBQ will start at 5pm followed by recognizing our volunteers.

The Club will cover the cost of the food and non-alcoholic drinks.

We require everyone who is interested to RSVP below prior to 1pm on 5 Sep, to ensure we have enough food for everyone.

We look forward to seeing all of our volunteers and their families.
