General Meeting and the Volunteer ATV ride & appreciation BBQ

The day will start with our General Meeting at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre (1175 Limerick Rd, Oxford Station) at 9am. (It will not be at Angelo’s)

Following the General Meeting, the Volunteer’s ATV ride will start at 11:00 am and we will aim to be back by 4pm for the BBQ.

**If the rain is too heavy, we may just hang out at the Interpretive Centre and play cards or corn hole until the bbq is ready.**

Everyone is required to bring a lawn chair as the gathering will take place on the grass area in front of the Limerick Forest Chalet if the weather is nice.

ATV ride starting at 11:00am.

BBQ will start at 4pm followed by recognizing our volunteers.

The Club will cover the cost of the food and non-alcoholic drinks.

We require everyone who is interested to RSVP below prior to 1pm on 8 Aug, to ensure we have enough food for everyone. Please select 1 of the 3 options below.
