General Meeting and members’ ride with Volunteer Appreciation BBQ

General Meeting will start at 9am at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre 1175 Limerick Rd, Oxford Station, ON K0G 1T0

Following the meeting we will be going for a members ride for about 4 hours or so. Then we will have a BBQ to recognize our hard working volunteers.

Everyone is required to bring a lawn chair as the gathering will take place on the grass area in front of the Limerick Forest Chalet if the weather is nice.

The Club will cover the cost of the food and non-alcoholic drinks.

Please RSVP prior to noon on August 11th, to ensure we have enough food for everyone. This is first come first serve.

We look forward to seeing all of our volunteers and their families.
