Volunteer Appreciation BBQ and Ride

Another year has gone by and now we would like to show our appreciation to our hard working Club volunteers with a ride and a bbq at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre (1175 Limerick Rd, Oxford Station) 

Our current outdoor gatherings are limited to 100 participants for outside events. Everyone is required to bring a lawn chair as the gathering will take place on the grass area in front of the Limerick Forest Chalet respecting the physical distancing guidelines. 

We will start with an ATV ride at around 1:30pm (duration approx. 2-3 hours).

BBQ will start at 5pm and while food is cooking members can play horse shoes, bocce ball or just relax.

The Club will cover the cost of the food and non-alcoholic drinks.

We require everyone who is interested to RSVP below prior to 1pm on Friday 17 Sep, to ensure we have enough food and that we do not exceed the allowed capacity. This is first come first serve.

We look forward to seeing all of our volunteers.
