Club Annual General Meeting – All Are Welcome, but please RSVP below if you will be attending.

Date: Saturday, May 4^th, 2024

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Place: Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre – 1175 Limerick Rd, Oxford Station, ON K0G 1T0

Breakfast will be served at 8am prior to the meeting, which will start at 9am.

6. Special Orders – Election of Officers and Directors, open positions are:
   1. Vice – President

   4. Alternate Trail Maintenance Director
   5. Grant Director
   6. Marketing Director
   7. Membership Director

Nominations of the above Officers and Directors must be sent to the Nomination Chair, Steve Busby aeroliteflight@gmail.com as soon as possible.

1. Appointment of volunteer to review the Club’s financial statement at the end of 2024.

3. Closing remarks, followed by an ATV Ride afterwards if the weather cooperates.
