2025 Annual General Meeting

Club Annual General Meeting – All Are Welcome, but please RSVP below if you will be attending.

Date: Saturday, May 10^th, 2025

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Place: Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre – 1175 Limerick Rd, Oxford Station, ON K0G 1T0

Breakfast will be served at 8am prior to the meeting, which will start at 9am.

• Financial Report
• Election of Officers and Directors, open positions are:
  1. President
  2. Secretary
  3. Membership
  4. Trail Maintenance Director
  5. Alternate Trail Maintenance Director
  6. Special Events Director
  7. Sponsorship Director
  8. Grant Director
  9. Marketing Director

Nominations of the above Officers and Directors must be sent to the Nomination Chair, Steve Busby aeroliteflight@gmail.com as soon as possible.
